ACP Public Hearing on Water Impacts: Fayetteville and Rocky Mount

July 18 at Fayetteville Community College, Cumberland Hall Auditorium, 2201 Hull Road Fayetteville, North Carolina

July 20 at Nash Community College, 522 N Old Carriage Road Rocky Mount, North Carolina

The NC-DEQ (Division of Water Resources) is holding 2 hearings in North Carolina on the Water Quality Certification (401 permit) for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline. Public participation is very important for these hearings!

SIGNUP FOR SPEAKING BEGINS AT 5:00 pm onward. Each hearing will be from 6:00 – 9:00 pm.

The public is urged to come out to these hearings and give comments on how the ACP will impact water.
